yes, and it may prove to be wrong...we won't know until a few years from now. but i happen to believe that the structural problems created by the tech/telco bubble and the credit pyramid that supported consumption plus the lack of savings equate to something at least as pregnant with doom as the Japanese RE bubble was.
especially as all the investment, the credit, the money pumping, rest on a statistical mirage...it is really a uniquely convoluted bubble that is dumpster-diving here.
