Isn't it the GSM cabals coming out bragging about the "End of Wireless War" and self claimed the winner? And in the same time trying to use that GPRS crap to fool the world?

I absolutely did not get that impression from what he said at all. I listened quite closely. If you did, I guess it's a matter of subjectivity then.

QCOM said we will be ready with the chipsets, but the handsets and and the infra is another matter. Someone else has to build them. That may take a while. In the meantime, can we sell you something else we have that works a little better and ready right now (CDMA2000)?. What do you find wrong with that? I thinnk he did have to make that plug. We spent a ton of money developing that thing. We have to push it when the time is right.. No?
