He will testify ? I thought I heard that reported somewhere. Regardless though, he wasn't going to use executive privilege (supposedly). Why are his former underlings taking the Fifth Amendment to AVOID incriminating themselves? Asked and answered within your own question? Some aren't. But the ones that are taking the fifth are doing it because, by definition, they can, and can get away with it. Unless they're given immunity, which, of course, they want, and can get easier by first taking the fifth. If they don't take the Fifth, they'll be slicked with Acquired Immunity Deficiency Syndrome, and now that he's out of office, it's an unpardonable disease.
