Same problem pcln has. Pcln can do nothing that a fairly small IT team at the airlines themselves can't do. This has always been blatantly obvious. I know non and semi-techies who have set up websites in thier spare time that are almost as complex as PCLN's. I really agree with this. I also do not like the PCLN concept even though apparently the multi-leg flight have been reduced. I do not believe consumers even on a budget like that much.
