I believe IJ tried Every Diplomatic effort, and when AWE rubbed QCOM's nose in it on their not accepting CDMA, then the gauntlet went down. I was merely trying to bestow my faith in IJ's detente WRT becoming more assertive with the Europeans. Only by lawsuit settlement did we get MOT to stop the FUDD. No, when diplomacy fails and one is still suffering loss, one must take the matter into the court of public scrutiny.
