Yea, they don't want shareholders to sell "too low"... sounds like big brother needs to decide when the shareholders should sell... remember if the stock is trading $8, and Disney bids $12... you still need the shareholders to sell or it doesn't get bought! These things are a joke IMO... usually more like "management rights plans"... LOL
