tommycanuck,
I'm going to amend my March 8 prediction for the "end of winter weather". Going to extend it up to a week for the MidAtlantic and NE here in the US. A lot of nice storm patterns that could drag out our winter a bit are still shaping up. Wildlife patterns and other natural tell tales I follow indicate that should be the extent of winter this season for my area.

It IS getting near the end of my forecast season (I specialize in the COLD seasons), but I'm going to push my luck a bit and stick with the warm spring forecast. To be specific, I don't anticipate a long spring here in my forecast area. It should be a little early, but after a stormy period will get warm and summer like early on. The kind of spring when folks say, hey, what happened to spring!, its summer already in April or early May.
BTW,
Thanks for the posting, it's great to get some good info from our Northern friends.

Best Regards,

Roebear
