A healthy portfolio should have cash:equity > 1. In a bear market,
It should be even > 2.

2 trillion : 4 trillion == 0.5. which means that we still have plenty
of room falling.

Also, 50% of U.S. household already own stocks with cash:equity == 0.5.
Where do you find extra money to boost the stock market without
causing inflation?
