Seems the Bush girl was helping a friend and the Service had to come along.

I do remember that Clinton cost LA airport $3 million+ when he was getting a BJ in Airforce One on a runway a few years back. Or how about $30 million to bomb Sudan during Monica.

Now that's how Dems like to spend other peoples' money.

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Fallout from President Clinton's controversial pardons of 16 members of a Puerto Rican nationalist group last summer prompted Republicans Tuesday to introduce a measure to reform the pardon process and require input from victims and their families.
