so, the guy should prove it. i could care less about his being "comfortable."

wrt business plans - there are bad ones. they are put in play by bad business people. period. this guy is splitting hairs.

what he isn't saying is that amzn would have had a tiny marginal existence as a book seller - maybe making a million or two a year, if that. he makes it sound like great success was in their grasp and they *lost* it being knuckleheads. I argue great success was NEVER within their grasp.
