Paul,

Clinton did a very good job dealing with the 5,000 year old mideast conflict.

Bush's first attempts at foreign policy have been very poor. He failed to apologize to Japan in a timely and acceptable fashion. He angered most of our allies, in his transparent attempt to exorcise his daddy's Iraq demons. He met with Tony Blair, and failed to talk about the very serious problem they are having wrt food, choosing instead to push his idiotic Star Wars plan.

Bush's bumbling incompetence in foreign policy is likely to lead to very serious trouble.
