Hey Al: I sympathize with your situation and you're not alone; I'm not much better off if any. While I don't trade on margin, I trade options and I've had a lot expire worthless in the last 6 months. Besides, I've been a net call buyer all 2000 and should have bought puts 3:1 calls. Do you have kids? If so, take them out to dinner, or to a park, or whatever is appropriate, and engage them in conversation. Listen to their insights and comments. That has been the best medicine for me in my down times, and I've had plenty. my best to you, cb
