The bottom will not be in till CSCO is done selling down. Somewhere between 15 and 10 max for CSCO that's if growth rate going out 5 years is still in 30% area and market decides 1 to 1 PE to 5yr % growth rate is acceptable, frankly I have no idea if the market will like that. What needs to change is the psychology surrounding the market. Some sort of ray of light would be nice, for the bulls. <g> Till then the bulls should stand on their heads when they read their charts and slap green gels over monochrome screens and pretend to not see the minus signs, and have amnesia every night. LOL
