Sorry for the late response, I am still trying to get caught up. I agree the public getting bearish isn't the bottom but means we are getting closer. I still say that I want to ad to my TIME magazine article collection. So far despite us falling more than the last few years, we haven't come close to beating the cover from 14 Sept 98 I have hanging on my wall. time.com The family hiding behind the couch was close but not quite.
