Jim,

<<I am a bit surprised that you are going to margin already.>>

I am not, at least I will pretend that am not. <g>

My track record show that am early in many cases (ahead of market), but also that I do stick where is glue to stick. Timing market is more difficult than selecting winners, imo.

So, here is why I am again on margin, FWIW (if anything at all).

1. I think that +70% of bios (small, mid and large) did reach bottom, for now.

2. Bio-sector is always, from additional volatility perspective and hard to stick with issue mentality, few weeks to few months ahead of the overall market.

3. Last year March bottom is good indicator for today decline.

4. For last few Qs we have steady rise in institutional holding, which indicate to me that excess of the available floating shares from last 18 months offering was absorbed extremely well,

5. Pick insiders selling was in Oct/Nov, and it lags about 4-6 months from sector bottom,

6. Gut filling.

7. Greed for quick profit.
