It seems as if there will be some panic selling today.. It's probably a good time to buy at the open (or pre-market. Looks like all the major brokers are downgrading. 7.6 million shares so far in pre-market with the stock around 15.81. It should be higher at the end of the day.
Time to buy when we have maximum fear.

We don't disagree much. Personally I doubt we'll have a rally in the summer. It'll likely come in Q3, as it usually does for tech.

That said, it could be a couple of years or more before ORCL sets a new all-time high. Many other techs may never reach their highs again.
