Our Transfer agent is currently processing the certificates for issuance and it should be released very shortly. We had InterCare registration statement approved by SEC about three weeks ago, and that became a priority, since we have to process and send out the prospectus to the share holders, and in order to avoid any confusion, since we are using the same transfer agent, a decision was made to suspend action on the dividend issuance until all the share holders of record recieves their copy of the prospectus. We hope they will start working on the dividend beginning next week. Thanks alot for being patient with us. Anthony C.
