Subject: 2001 Mar 02 Dow Industrials Update

Those who were hoping that the Industrials were in some sort of
ascending triangle have had their hopes dashed, as the INDU is now
testing the lower end of the trading range that it entered in
November 2000.

The only observation here is that the ADX is now rising, telling us
that it is has begun to move directionally to the downside. If this
10,300ish area cannot hold support right here, right now, then the
bounce of last week will be interpreted as a failing one, and a break
is coming around the corner - to the downside.

Hi MIke ,

I agree completely.

To make this bear dead will require some price level testing with positive divergences in momentum and money flow indicators firming up.

In otherwords institutional greed buying up the available stock at low price levels.

Then the bidding up will begin in earnest. JMHO
