Dan3....I am amazed by the people who do not "get it" about public/investment/government perceptions of civil trials. Would you say that nothing which happened outside the courtroom in the Microsoft anti-trust trial had any influence on the events in the courtroom? or on the appeal? Dan, you got to look at the real world. It is all about positioning and posturing...both of which are hot and heavy right now. I still think we see a major settlement announcement within three weeks....BWDIK
