That could be good , most people do bail close to a
bottom. It's the old buy high sell low thingy that 85%
of the gang uses.

On the other hand money market funds are at the
highest level in 10 yrs , also cash reserves fund
mangers have are at 10 yr highs.

While we are spinning the wheels and going
backwards if this thing ever gets traction
there is a lot of gas in waiting.
