**OT**Haim, it is really very simple, three dimensional SC have the BCS limit of 22.3 K, two dimensional SC the cuprates and probably the diborides, since the paper describes really a two phase material with only 50% of it as SC) probably have a limit of about 200K, and the unidimensional SC will be ambient SC. Forget about metals above 22.3 K.
