Then finding a way to set up and exchange of money for favor in some way that would be beyond the pall and thus castrate mr. bill once an for all. Well based on mr bills past way of getting money from foreign nationals the sting of setting of the Mark Rich pardon seemed like a natural. Then the RNC gave big bucks to Israel and made it look like it was coming from Rich and got the Israelis to put in a good word. Now I figure we can invent a totally retarded absurd complex scheme and feed to the faithful pavlov clinton dogs and they will digest it and make their own.
