ditto your comments ...shareholders will get nothing....but like you say...if that's what it takes to see payback and change at the same time... so be it. i've always thought when you sue someone for a damage...when it is all said and done.... the justice you will get will not make you whole materially....but the other guy doesn't get to keep it if you win.

Hi Earlie, Not a response, but another anecdote. I met with my lawyer on Wednesday, in downtown TO. Their offices are anything but plush, but I guess location is important. She told me that last fall they contacted their landlord regarding the upcoming renewal of their lease. Several calls were made but no response was forthcoming. Suddenly in January, they received not only a reply but an offer. Needless to say this is an indicator of where rates are heading. Thanks for all your efforts. Doug
