Thanks much, Kevin. Fool Disclosure has helped to limit Selective Disclosure to a 24 hour period. So now, when the analysts get selective disclosure on a stock and it starts trading like mad for no apparent reason, with Reg FD, we are assured that the public will be notified of the same information within a 24 hour period. It doesn't help traders unless the companies choose not to selectively disclose or to leak. True "Fair Disclosure" or "Equal Disclosure" simply don't exist. Rande Is
