just made new highs on the DOW and Nasdaq-------held a few shorts overnight,bt covered on the gap down

I am expecting a volatile day. It was a hard read on the charts last night. They suggest that a bounce was in order to correct the recent decline since it was very clear that a full 5 waves was in place. However, the gap down this morning was extreme as well as the reaction to ORCL news, etc. Be nimble on your feet today trading as I don't have a clear view of what to expect for today. One thing I can be sure of though is that if we break below the critical points as outllined in a post yesterday or above the resistance levels on the title page at my site, then we should have a good sense of direction. I am hedged to take advantage of both directions.
