warp, you and i seem to be the only hays subscribers here. i follow the man assiduously. he does state, in yest. commentary - i think, that the smart money index can lead the mkt. by "weeks". looking at its move from dec. into jan. and its fortelling of the jan. bounce, 'days' would seem more appropriate. am seeing the term 'stealth bull mkt.' used to describe the current action, or what i have been calling a 'flattening.' got stops in on my techs above yest. purchase price, so i dodge the full metal jacket one more time. if i get stopped out on a mid-day selloff i think i will buy back in looking for closing strength. i would print whole excerpts from hays' comments here if i didn't think he'd cancel me for it. the best newsletter i have run into. don
