Interesting comment from Ed Downs at SignalWatch: "With the NASDAQ and OEX bouncing off critical levels of (nearly) 2000 and 625 respectively, this could be "the" bottom."

I wouldn't go so far as to call "the" bottom, but the major indexes are so far holding very critical levels nicely...
