Sellers seem to have run out of steam; much more the way how bear markets end than all these calls for a climactic sell-off. Could be at least an intermediate bottom here, with the caveat that we need closes above 10,650, 1275 and 2320 to even begin to declare the trend mildly positive, IMHO.

Didn't understand the ORCL sell-off anyway; the miss was modest and a function of the economy, as I understand it.

Something is wrong with EMC. Can't seem to get over 40 and stay there, even with this little rally.
