I traded a stock that was moving from BB to Amex, RTK, it was probably more than a year ago. At that time I read some work that a poster had done on the effects of moving to an exchange. Sorry I don't remember the specifics, but what the research showed was that is a very positive development most of the time. (RTK ran up, later fell back, but I dont think that has anything to do with STXD). I usually stay away from BB stocks. A lot of fraud occurs there (as if you didn't know that already).
