Ben,

I'm just glad I wasn't parked under the Alaskan or walking downtown at the time!
Often times, while I'm waiting at the Colman docks to catch the ferry, I look back at Alaskan and the city and shudder to think, "What if the Big One hits" and then realize I'm parked and waiting on piles and fill :-(
