KG4! Relax! Tom is not paid for what he does. Go after the A#$holes that get paid. A few that come to mind is...Cohen, Crammer, Angell, etc. BTW here are a few tidbits from some of your posts in just the last few days......no problem but lets put all this in perspective. Enjoy! Relax! Post! And let others do the same. Hopefully there will be no reason to criticize others. monday will be down, follow thru with massive selling and margin covering monday and first part of tuesday. wed thurs morning final capitulation sell off to 1500 at which time thurs afternoon the shorts cover en mass next week will be ugly regardless many will wish they bought sunw at this level. my guess is if she doesnt hold $25, $18 will be next. We all throw out a little advice every once in while and Thank God we do or I would not be on this board. If people don't like it find a place elsewhere....... Don't worry about Tom, as someone else said.....Tom is a big boy and can take care of himself as can everyone else............... BTW You might feel better if you read our header again. That might help you to relax a little. Not worry so much. Hopefully this helps you.....We have so much to watch in the market today.....all we need is to start to worry about each other in ways that will not help our bottom line. that is where I want to put my effort, in that bottom line. A far as a disclaimer is concerned. Everyone that reads info on the internet should as themselves... "What does that person know" I do that everytime I read a post. I make up my own mind who I respect and want to listen to. I hope everyone does that. I feel they do or should. So many people come to the porch because they like Voltaire. They want him on here if all he does is say "Hi" but you see that is not Voltaire's personality......another reason we want friends of Voltaire's as the header says. We pretty much have only friends of Voltaire's hanging out here......Thank God for moderated thread. Makes it so much easier. :-) Have a nice weekend. dealie

The idea of Voltaire being sued is too preposterous to even discuss. Frankly, you do yourself a great disservice by constantly bring this up. You say, "I did want to make sure he is aware that folks are watching him..." If that was your sole and sincere intention, why would you do it in public as opposed to a private message? And do it over and over again? You say, oh so innocently, that these people keep sending you private messages on the subject. Like you can't for the life of you figure out why they have chosen you as their go-to person for complaints about Tom. Gee whiz, you're just minding your own business, and here are all these messages pouring in. You doth protest too much how you would never blame Tom for your mistakes originating from his advice (which you specify in detail), but that, golly, there are others out there who do. Do you have any idea how transparent you are? Most everyone who reads these boards has lost money this past year. Most of us have the character to suffer our losses in silence. You should do the same.
