I think it may be a decent amount. There seems to be this theory that everyone offset their losses and are going to be claiming the max 3K loss. I know quite a few that didn't sell out of tech, but booked enough profit that they will be sending a 6 digit check. It's hard to imagine the Naz getting halved and that there's not a ton of people in this situation. Keep in mind, if you only held tech from '97-98 and sold out last year, you would've had huge gains.
