You keep pointing to the growth of the industry and yet there is a massive multiple compression. Let's have fun with this piker. He just keeps on going from one contradiction to the other while occassionally contradicting himself in one sentence. To make everything coherent and sound like he knows what he is talking about, he has to turn himself into a self-styled crusader of sorts with unregurgitated sweeping generalizations cadged from a hodgepodge of sources.
