microe: yes, I recognize that TI has sunk significant resources into DSL. My point is simply that DSL is perhaps not quite Dead on Arrival, but soon will be. No one who thinks, (admittedly a small %, but let's hope) who had the alternative to going through the agony of trying to get a baby bell to permit you to have access to a DSL, would hesitate a millisecond to go with 1xEV for greater speed, lower cost, and mobility vs PAIN. TI is on the wrong end of that. Best. Chaz
