Yogi, Thank you for your response to my adoption question. I adopted a Korean infant eighteen years ago (I am white). What was important to me was the physical health of my child-to-be, not the race. That said, raising a yellow child in my white world has had its share of problems, but I'd do it again in a heartbeat. I do wish more people of all races would adopt the racially mixed and outside of their race. Have a good weekend. Time for me to get back to cooking.
