It's sort of a play on coal power generation. But overlooked is these plants take twice as long as natgas fired facilities, and represent a small portion of FWC's total revenue. I looked at it a few weeks back, and passed for now. The 5yr chart tells a much different story than the ytd picture.

technicially looks overextended. +10% daily gainers not likely to hold. would not be a buyer here. I don't chase after stock nearings highs. JMO askresearch.com
