PMS brought up a interesting point about flat cables, I will look into this. The good thing about Dell, they put good fans in their boxes, but when a box is crammed full of cables, air flow can be a problem.

Thanks for the tip on cable wrap. Will be trying it.. besides air flow, it'll make it easier to install more stuff.

Another article on building your own Rounded cables.
He uses electrical tape, not too much in order to keep cables more flexible

Seems the Polyethylene Spiral Wrap, very inexpensive, would create less friction on the air flow. Dunno'. Not as flexible tho'.
