Here is a weird analogy. The QQQs, really a proxy for tech since they trade at 2 1/2% of the NAZ 100, have hit another bottom at 47. This would be the second around 47. Two years ago today (3/2/99), the OSX hit the last of its fabled quaduple bottoms at 47 (Slider called every one<g>) and it was off to the races. Where did the OSX come from?...120. Where did the QQQ come from?...120. I actually wouldn't be surprised if we do more basing here before a sustained rally. These blink-and-you-miss-em rallies suck. The daily action in the Q's is amazing. Close to 5B on 100MM shares every day. Consistently the highest dollar volume for a single issue.
