Mark, <<CSCO>> Bought even more at the close. I think the techies are really scared. There will be a rate cut at some point. IMO the short term upside potential is far better than downside now.

Mark,

A great call on CSCO to hit 22 1/2. Mike and I joke a lot about one of the CNBC guest stock pickers that will remain unnamed that was supposed to take in all our CSCO @ 60 like that was supposed to be a bottom or something. When everybody is looking for a bottom you can probably bet that there isn't one yet, maybe a trading rally or so, but bottoms come when pesimisim is usually very high and mostly everyone hates the market. You can afford to be right, you can afford to be wrong, but as a trader you can't afford to stay wrong. Keep reinforcing the idea that using a stop loss will protect your capital and keep you in the game. Tommorows another day and there are 10,000 stocks to play.
