Spoke with Joseph Dryer, Pres of Siena Holdings today.

His Comments:
He never issued the controversial PR statement listing LFCR as stock symbol. LFCR doesn't
have a transfer agent.
Presently, Siena lawyers are in contact with CEDE regarding
this matter. Siena stock(SIEN) is 90% held by 9 or 10 individuals. Planning on liquidatin all
holdings and turning over revenues to SIEN stock holders. Mr. Dryer can be reached (via
answering service) 972-381-4255. He suggests that anyone holding LFCR to get the
certificates.

My comments -
I feel that this stock doesn't actually exist, despite the fact that as of yesterday 7 mm were
active in it.

Merely asking the OTCBB to strike it from the list won't resolve the question of how is it 7 mm's
can trade this stock that has no transfer agent when no shares actually exist.

It further begs the question as to the procedure for assigning stock symbols. Not sure if a
formal announcement is required for OTCBB via a PR or other avenue. Can a defunct/ghost
company trade a symbol? Is this a shell?
I,for one, want to find out who issued that PR?

I know a number of people, including myself are awaiting word from the SEC and/or CEDE.

I am holding shares until this matter is resolved.
