COT: Specs reduced their short position to 50,795 contracts. That's down 13,102. Commercials are long 48,859, down 7,911. Although down, these are still bullish numbers. Also keep in mind that the reporting date was last Tues, Feb. 27th, about when this move petered out. The specs may be right back at it (shorting) since, and we shouldn't be surprised if that was the case. Copper is looking increasingly bullish on the COT, the commercials have one of their bigger positions in some time.
