I eat them at our local Thai restaurant. I could give you their address but I don't think that would help you out.

Another super thing I've done is to buy frozen curried rice with vegetables and serve it with vegetables cooked in curry sauce. A local store (Trader Joes) offers several curry sauces in jars that are just wonderful- there is a Spinach curry, and about four other varieties- all vegetarian, so if you serve them over veggies no animals need be harmed. Of course there are those demented individuals who will put these sauces over little animals, but not me.

Dynasty has a brand of peanut sauce you will find in your local store- I have served it over rice- and it's not bad. I think you could serve it over veggies and come close to what I have at the Thai restaurant.
