According to my information we won't see 1.3 GHz on Monday but AMD could still change its plans (like they did e.g. with the Duron 800 which was released on day ahead of communicated schedule). Samples are already out but they are still on NDA. The price cuts are another story, they will come on Monday and are already factored in (look e.g. at the 1.2 GHz pricing at Pricewatch).
