the bankrupt utes threaten to drag the suppliers down with them...it is remarkable that the regime has been able to force them to continue deliveries without receiving payment...one is reminded of the Kremlin...

and i'm wondering what will happen if the generators simply turn the spigot off? will their facilities be invaded by the military?
