Do you guys have your shares yet? This is what my broker sent me. Does this make sense?

Dear Client,

I checked with our reorg. dept. The information on the take over is the
terms are not definite but they
intend to exchange between $.9586 - $1.3915 per share of CNSI to
automatically purchase an ordinary share of Cene Pharmaceuticals.
The problem is these shares will not be trading on any US exchange nor did
they indicate any ADRs to trade.
They have not given a date when the shares will be sent to brokers to show
in the account. The exchange agent is Lloyds
of London. They gave a number in their announcement to brokers of
44-190-370-2099. This is to London.
They also gave a number for CNSI to call of 781-255-6700. This is all the
information supplied to us from the company.

Sincerely,
Scottrade
