BTW, your Pharisee comments are off base. I really don't care about Denise Rich personally. What gets me is all the greed and hypocrisy. The contempt that the Clintons hold for the American people. They must really think we are stupid.

The point about the Pharisees is not to judge someone until all the facts are in....its all to easy to condemn an enemy without knowing the facts.

I agree totally. I doubt that this had anything to do with Bill getting money himself. But I believe it had everything to do with power. Money is power in politics nowadays. Marc Rich is wealthy and a generous donor. With a donor like Marc contributing to the dems; Bill's power in the democratic party would be enhanced. By helping Hugh, his power within the family and his standing with Hillary would be enhanced; plus he could help a couple of donors to the party. Just like that fancy office he wanted; or that fancy library. He didn't need it, but it showed money and power. That is what Bill seems to have; an inordinate lust for power as a politician, and to get that power he needed friends with money.
