RE:"And I can remember a time when you and others would come whining to Scumbria, begging him to tell you one more time that the Athlon was for real, that it would save AMD and that God was in his rightful place in heaven. You all hung on Scumbria's every word."

I knew the Athlon would be a good chip without talking to Scumbria. I've been on the AMD forums longer than most. OTOH, if I need to know something about chip design I'll ask Scumbria or a couple others...
So what the heck does this have to do with politics????

RE:"How quickly the little people forget....but then again that's what makes them little people"

Now you are being trite. I'm hardly a little person.

BTW,You weren't named "Little Scumbria" because of chip design. <G>

Ted,

Great quote from Tony Blair:

Prime Minister Tony Blair blasted supermarkets for strong-arming farmers into producing cheap meat, jeopardizing quality standards.

An acknowledgement that the meat industry needs major reform.
