Thanks for elaborating on that haqihana. The dem side has so many arguments that are based on assumptions that are FALSE (and quite unflattering usually). In my response to her I figured she thought business owners were more crooked than the general population because of her suggestion that they can write off personal expenses to save on taxes.

That said I can't see why any American rich or poor can't see that ONE THIRD of your income is on the upper end of reasonable. The current 39% is un-American in my view. The dems speak of the people with the skills and dedication to get to that income bracket like they are evil crooks that should be demonized. Nadine seems to think the 39% is justified by the "free ride" that they get on taxes. She is either not a business owner or she cheats on taxes. The only expenses I have been able to write off are ones that are actually EXPENSES to my business.

Come to think of it, when you do get in tune to their thought process you can see why they generally like Bill Clinton and his ilk.
