You sound like a LTB&Her to me. Who ever holds shares long enough for your broker to take delivery.
Just kidding. I've done quite well holding WIND over he last 2-3yrs but not over the last year, I've only been trading it. Of course I'm taking a risk of not getting back in for one of the big moves, but so far it's been the right strategy for me. I only got part of today's move as an example but I still have some from 38 in a long term acct. It would be sort of nice to sock away a couple of thousand shares and forget about them for 10yrs. My bet is you'd have a nice nest egg by then. All my confidence in this Company by the way comes from the extreme generosity of the thread contributors and thanks to them all.

Yes, but what good would that do. All the other lazy people won't do that. No, I think mandatory disclosure that they lent out *my* stock would be a real incentive for them not to lend it. They would have to then play with their own money, instead of borrowing mine.

The more I find out about brokerage houses, the slimier they seem. Pity we need them for liquidity.

Rocky,
i really have enjoyed the lily pond metaphors on this thread. the licensing revenue over the past coupla years has kept the boat afloat...now the big kick is the royalty stream. this stream is going to grow...too many huge design wins continue to be announced for it not to. too many past design wins just coming to market.

with royalty revenue up 39% sequentially, it is clear to me that wind is in a large tornado. that is what i expected.

i have bought this stock all over the place...and never sold a share...never traded a share...very unusual for me.
all of the big expenses needed to gain literally 1000s of design wins were to bring wind to this position...design win to market is a lengthy process...now wind is showing the results of previous effort and expense. 39% sequentially is awesome.

i was happy to hear about the continuing investment in future products....wind is going after more market share. a gorilla tactic.

with the current explosion in the embedded market...i am looking forward to a long long hold.

wind reminds me of softie in the early days...right down to the big deal just announced with intc.
