Nice post.

Not me. When the crash hit I was, and remain, mostly in bonds and cash. I knew that a lot of my wealth was due to luck rather than any actual understanding of investing on my part.

It's a better thing to be lucky then it is to be good. You'll be unlucky when you confuse the difference between those two things.
